How to place an order?
It's easy! Choose the bracelet(s) you like, then click " Add to Cart ." Once you've finished your selection, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the website to complete your purchase.
Enter your shipping information, choose your payment method, and confirm. You will then receive a confirmation email.
Do you offer personalized bracelets?
Not at the moment.
Can I return or get a refund?
Yes, of course. You will find all the details in our return and refund policy.
In summary: you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
To reduce shipping costs, standard shipments do not include a tracking number.
However, you will receive a confirmation notice as soon as your order is mailed.
What are the delivery costs?
Fees vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen:
- Standard (no tracking): $3
- Express: $20
- Free: for all orders of $75 or more
Do you ship internationally?
No, deliveries are currently only available in Canada.
What are the delivery times?
- Standard delivery: 2 to 14 working days
- Express delivery: 1 to 5 working days
Note: As each bracelet is handmade, a slight preparation time may be added, especially during periods of high demand.
What should I do if my bracelet is damaged?
If you notice any damage upon receipt, you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges.
Please see the return policy for conditions.
In case of damage caused by use, you have 14 days after receipt to make a claim.

How do I care for my bracelets?
Each material has its own specific needs. Here are some general and material-specific tips:
General advice:
• Remove your bracelets before showering, swimming or doing household chores.
• Avoid perfumes, creams and chemicals.
• Store them in a small pouch or jewelry box, away from humidity and friction.
By material:
Pearls
• Sensitive to excessive humidity and chemicals
• Wipe them after each wear
• Do not expose them to heat or excessively dry air
Gold filled
• Resistant, but appreciates delicate maintenance
• Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth
• Avoid rubbing and chemicals
Sterling silver (925)
• May tarnish over time
• Use a special silver cloth
• Store it in an anti-tarnish bag
Stainless steel
• Very resistant, even in the shower
• Clean with soapy water using a soft brush
• Dry thoroughly to avoid streaks
Glass marbles
• Delicate yet durable with care
• Clean with a soft cloth and dry thoroughly
• Avoid shocks or scratches
