Return and Refund Policy

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The bracelet must be in its original condition, placed in the small pouch provided.
• You have 14 days from receipt of the package to request a return.

Refund

Once your return is confirmed, we will refund the bracelet, excluding delivery costs.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method, within 7 to 14 business days .

Bracelet damaged upon receipt?

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package. A full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued within 7 to 14 business days.

To validate your request, please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged bracelet. Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted at this time.
